Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Deposit of 50% at time of booking. Balance on check-in. Deposit refunded in full less an administration charge of 15% if cancellation is given in writing no later than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Option 1: Weekly
- Low Season - November to April / $900 weekly
- Mid Season - September, October, May, June / $1250 weekly
- High Season - July and August / $1500 weekly
Option 2: Nightly
- Two nights or more - Single or Double / $250 per night
- One night - Single or Double / $350
Option 3: Monthly or long-term
